Big ERN

A teaser poster to go inside Nestle UK headquarters to create some intrigue leading up to the launch of their Employee Referral at Nestle (or ERN). The idea being that someone could quite literally move up the ranks internally to the top spot.

We created the character of Big ERN. The Godfather of information in regards to employee referral. Whatever you want to know, Big ERN has the answers, and if you did him a favor by recommending a friend or fellow colleague to a position in the Nestle 'family' you could earn yourself up to £4,000.
